01 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the e999 platform and all its services. "e999", "we", or "the platform" refers to the website at https://e999.wine and its applications. "Member" or "you" refers to any registered user.

E999 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via email or on-site notification before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions have been written in Bangla for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members. In the event of any discrepancy, the original English version shall prevail.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to register an account at e999:

• Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

KYC Verification Process

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for withdrawals above a certain amount. This involves submitting a copy of your national ID or passport along with a selfie. KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

05 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on e999:

If any such activity is detected, e999 may suspend the account pending investigation. If confirmed, the account will be permanently terminated and all balances forfeited.

If a game is left incomplete or displays an incorrect result due to a technical error, e999 will void that round and refund the amount wagered.

06 Account Security & Password

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your e999 account. Never share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify the support team.

If someone accesses your account without authorization and places bets or makes transactions, e999 will not be liable for those losses unless you report the incident in a timely manner.

07 Responsible Gaming Policy

E999 is committed to delivering the highest standard of service. However, e999 is not liable for the following:

• Games or transactions left incomplete due to internet disconnection.
• Losses resulting from delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access (where caused by user negligence).
• In the event of service disruption due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

Under no circumstances will e999's liability for direct or indirect losses exceed the amount of the relevant deposit.

10 Dispute Resolution & Contact
